A calmer inbox, sorted for you
Your inbox is where customers, vendors, invoices, newsletters, and spam all arrive in one long list. When you're busy, the important emails get buried, and the reply you meant to send goes out two days late.
Inbox sorting puts some order back into it, without you having to learn a new email program.
What inbox sorting does
We set up rules and simple AI helpers inside the email account your business already runs on. Depending on what you need, that can include:
- Labels and folders. Incoming email is sorted by type, such as customer inquiries, vendor emails, invoices and receipts, and newsletters.
- Priority. Messages from customers and important contacts are flagged so they're easy to find first.
- Draft replies. For common questions, a reply is drafted and waits in your drafts folder. You read it, edit it if you want, and send it yourself.
- A daily summary. A short email that lists what came in and what still needs your attention.
Nothing gets sent on your behalf unless you decide it should be.
An example
For example, a small property manager might get maintenance requests, rent questions, vendor invoices, and marketing emails all at the same address. With inbox sorting, maintenance requests go into their own label and show up in a morning summary. Invoices are labeled for the person who pays bills. Common rent questions get a draft reply ready for review. Marketing emails are moved out of the way.
This is an illustration of what's possible, not a past project.
What we need from you
Access to the email account, a list of the kinds of email you get most often, and a few examples of replies you send over and over. We'll explain exactly what access the setup needs before we start.
What you get
- Sorting rules and helpers set up and tested on your inbox.
- Written instructions showing what each rule does and how to adjust it.
- A clear note of any outside service the setup uses and whether it costs anything. We build on what your business already runs on where we can.
What it isn't
This is email only. It doesn't include voicemail or text message automations; answering your phone is a separate service, AI voice agents. It also doesn't replace your judgment. Drafts are there to save typing, and you decide what goes out.
How it starts
Every project starts with a free 20-minute process review. After that, you get a clear scope and quote before any work starts.
FAQ
Will AI send emails to my customers without asking me?
No, not unless you want it to. By default, replies are saved as drafts for you to review and send.
Which email services does this work with?
Common business email services can usually be sorted with built-in rules plus a connected helper. We'll confirm what works with your account during the process review.
Will I have to change how I use email?
Very little. Your inbox stays where it is. You'll just find things sorted and drafts waiting when you open it.
Who can see my email?
You stay in control of your account. We'll explain what access the setup needs and which outside services are involved before any work starts.
